tracking and shipping on stickers
all packages are shipped through USPS and come with tracking. only US orders for stickers are shipped in stamped envelopes to make it more affordable for customers. i am not responsible for any delays that USPS might cause. if your order hasn't arrived by the given time frame above then please contact me and i will see what i can do!
damaged or missing packages
unfortunately there is always a small chance of things getting damaged in the mail. i have no control over how the package is handled during transit. i do my best to keep any kind of delicate items such as riso prints secure but i am not responsible for replacing damaged or missing packages. please contact your local USPS for assistance for all issues about missing packages. if you are still having trouble feel free to contact me with your order number and i can send you a special discount code!
international shipping
i unfortunately don't ship to the UK due to VAT fees and taxes. I hope to maybe ship to the UK in the future as i expand but for now i do not, so sorry!
exchanges, returns, and CANCELLATIONS
i do not accept exchanges or returns. as for clothing items that might not fit please contact me as i might be able to exchange it for another size. please note that this is not a guarantee as i order a select amount of sizes but i will see what i can do! i do not accept cancellations on preorders. if you need assistance on anything please feel free to contact me.
time frame
please allow 1-2 weeks for processing US orders, and 4-6+ weeks for international. typically takes 5-8 days for me to fulfill orders after a shop update. i just ask for your patience!
INCORRECT or missing items
if you're missing/ sent incorrect items please double check your confirmation order! if it was a mistake on my end please contact me with you're order number and i can help you.
recycled packaging and mailers
recycle packaging and mailers for all of my orders. the "eco enclosed" cardboard mailers are curbside recyclable or taken to your local recycling drop off. i encourage all my customers to keep these mailers as they can be reused multiple times!
product restock
i do restock items if they do well in the shop. sometimes i have limited runs or exclusive items that are sold at in-person events only. if you're not sure about an item i encourage you to get it while you can!
preorders
the final product on preorders look as similar to the item sample as possible. there is a chance of small adjustments to the appearance as sometimes manufacturers are limited on stocked materials. i try to produce things locally so variation in runs is a possibility. what i made a few months ago might not be possible anymore, so get items while you can! i like to embrace these small variations in runs as it makes items have their own special charm.
