commissions are currently closed and are on an offer based system. there will be rare occasions when quotes are open to the public. full suits are the only thing created at this time as faux fur dye lots can be inconsistent. my work is very simplified and i only look for designs that i feel i can do justice. translating characters to work in a 3D space while also functioning as a costume comes with challenges. this requires a lot of flexibility and open mindedness from the client about what artistic choices are to be made.
avrage price ranges from $7500-$10k

i have a tight formula that i like adhering to and the way i construct suits is limited in options. bodysuits are made to be one piece for a more seamless look. this creates an immersive wearing experience that is comfortable and secure. no need to worry about parts coming off or being too rough. if you have disabilities that requires more accessibility with your suit i am happy to help with any questions or concerns you might have!

i like to use as many "scraps" as possible on projects. i recycle things heavily as fursuit making creates a lot of plastic waste. this includes cutting up unusable scraps such as thread, foam, fabric and stuffing them into small little "pillows" that float inside the polyfil of the suit. even though a small artist might not make as detrimental of a carbon footprint compared to large corporations, i still like to do my best to keep things out of the landfill.

to awnser this question shortly, yes i can put a "special zipper" in your suit. i am not a prude! if you do not know what this is then i trust you will dive into your own research...otherwise i charge an additional $150 for it to be installed. heavily padded suits might need consulting first as the zipper could possibly not line up correctly.

this is an extremly case by case bases and something that can be discussed privatly. typically large refurbs to a past project are not something i do. clients are welcomed to contact me about any questions.

my work is NOT allowed to be altered. any kind of major changes to the apperence of the suit will void your warenty. the asthetics of an artists style should be heavly considerd before commissioning. repairing seams yourself is perfectly fine and is actually encouraged. though i reinforce seams, accidents are inevitable and learning a simple ladder stitch will be a life saver in a pinch. any kind of edits that the client wishes to be made is case by case and can be discussed privately.

there are two investments i encourage every suit owner to make. this is a pet slicker brush and a small sewing kit (needle, thread, scissors). giving your suit a quick brush after heavy wear will keep the fur fibers looking neat. most faux fur fabrics are not enginered to be worn so mobility can be limited and thus popped seams are going to happen. this is pretty unavoidable so i provide clients with a very simple ladder stitch tutorial. you do not have to be a master tailor to fix small holes in your suit. learning this simple sewing trick will save you time and money while avoiding the costume to be sent back to me every time a small hole occurs. bringing a small sewing kit while traveling with your suit is a great idea to avoid smaller holes becoming larger. of course if the damage is a bigger issue and to a more vital part of the suit please contact me about repairs as those should be handled by your maker.

i advise doing any kind of spot cleaning BEFORE putting your suit in the wash as the machine might not be able to remove any major stains on visable parts of the suit. even though your head is machine washable i advise deep cleaning only if its very nessacary. proper disinfecting, handling, wearing, brushing and spot cleaning should avoid frequent heavy machine washing. a fancy gaget you can invest in is a bissel "little green". it dosnt use heat and makes removing stains much easier. i highly encourge customers to use this for cleaning the outside of your head so you dont have to deep clean as often. after heavy wear be sure to disinfect the inside of your head and bodysuit with an alcohol based spray if a washing machine is not avalible. avoid spraying the eyes when disinfecting the head by protecting them with paper towels. be sure to keep the torso zipper open so the inside can dry out.

the whole fursuit, including the head, is fully machine washable. first, remove the polyfil from all parts of your bodysuit (hand paws have a small amount so its unnesasary to remove). once destuffed it is important for the bodysuit to be turned inside out to protect the fur from getting damaged. the toes on the hands and feet paws do NOT have to be fully inverted and is discouraged. gently pull them inside out till you hit the rists and ankles. scan for any holes that might need repairs before washing. its okay if your suit pops a seam while in the wash, they can be repaired after the suit has dried. insert the head inside of a pillow case and then tie off the opening to keep delicate parts protected. my favorite liquid detergent to use is "tide free and gentle" as it dosnt contain heavy fragrence, dyes or bleach. avoid using "woolite" since its function is for maintaing REAL animal fibers and not synthetics. put your washer settings to COLD and DELICATE. it is very important to NOT use heat on your suit as this can melt the plastic fur fibers. i like to do a second rinse and spin cycle to ensure all detergent is washed out. once your suit is done turn it right side out and hang it up directly infront of a fan for 6-8 hours or till fully dry. brush the suit periodically during this time while paying special attention to the armpits, crotch, and underside of the tail. if the polyfil in your suit is becoming yucky you can also put it into tied off pillow cases and wash the same as above. the polyfil stuffed pillow cases can be put into a tumble dryer that has a "no heat" setting.

you want all parts of your fursuit to be COMPLETLY dry before storing. do NOT store your fursuit in plastic tubs, this is to avoid wrinkles and creases in the fabric. hang up your bodysuit on a sturdy wood hanger and polyfil can either be reinserted or stored sepreatly. as for the head simply have it sit on a nonwire shelf in your closet or elsewhere. if your paws are detachable then these can be stored in a drawer, just be sure to have them laying flat and not stuffed inside crevases. i advise storing your suit in a closet and out of direct sunlight to keep the colors vibrant. note its not my responsibilty if the colors on your suit start to fade because of neglect.

zippers are fully lined and have outside access to the polyfil with in the suit for easy removal and cleaning. these are located on the torso, thighs, calves, and larger sized tails. you can also find a small pocket located on the thigh of your suit for any small personal belongings such as cell phones, keys, wallet, ect.
-
both feet and hand paws are attached for a seamless look and sturdier wearability. hand paws have hidden rist escapes for tasks that might need more dexterous access. hand paws being detachable is an option, however.
-
foot paws are indoor style only with soft minky paw pads. i am currently trying to engineer a way to have removable pieces of material for outdoor wear. the idea is to have a more hidden alternative to fursuit styled sandals and help extend the life of your feet paws. they are lined all the way up to the hocks with a quilted cotton fabric for easy insertion of the wearers foot.
-
bodysuits are all in one piece and have a comfortable athletic type fabric lining located in the thighs, hand paws, and head of the suit. this fabric is a cotton blend to help with odor and sweat control. all seams are machine sewn with heavy duty upholstery thread for durability.
